Five Star Cooperative (New Hampton, IA) has announced a new parental leave policy for all employees welcoming new members to their families. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to our Culture of Caring by caring for the whole person, physically, professionally, and emotionally.
Starting January 1, 2025, Five Star Cooperative will introduce a new parental leave policy designed to provide greater flexibility and support for employees and their families.
Five Star Cooperative goal is providing individuals with the time and resources necessary to prioritize what matters most like having the flexibility to focus on key personal milestones and responsibilities, while also offering access to resources that enhance their well-being, foster family bonding, and support their overall transition. By doing so, we aim to help individuals navigate this important period with the peace of mind that they have the necessary resources to thrive both personally and professionally.
