Job Details

The Grain Administrative Assistant Initiates, coordinates, and executes administrative support to staff and customers at reporting location and all other Five Star Cooperative locations.  Duties include, but are not limited to maintaining detailed recordkeeping, including grain shipments, settlements, payments, contracts, billing, and other required reporting. Responsible for the promotion and sales of goods and services across all departments.  May be responsible for in-house grain procurement as directed. To sample and accurately grade all incoming and outgoing grain to assure accurate pricing of grain to customers. Applicant may have other duties as assigned by management.
This position has a strong emphasis on utilizing accounting skills.  Incumbent will be responsible for helping other departments in administrative functions as needed.  Applicant may have other duties as assigned by management.

Post High school training at the college or vocational level preferred
Experience may be substituted for education
